Is my data safe?

We use your uploaded picture only to generate your Facecard result and report.

Your uploaded picture and generated report are deleted after 30 days. If you have downloaded your report, you can also delete those files sooner from the link in the report email.

We may keep minimal order, payment, and support records for receipts, fraud prevention, or customer support.

How long do you keep my data?

We keep your uploaded picture and generated report for about 30 days so you have time to download it again.

After you download the report, you can delete those files sooner from the link in the report email or from the result page in the same browser.

After 30 days, we delete those files. We may keep minimal order metadata such as Order ID, payment status, and order email for support.

Why keep files for 30 days?

Premium reports open from the result page and are also sent by email. The 30-day window gives you room if the email lands in Spam/Promotions, the link gets lost, or you need to download from another device.

What should I save?

Save the result page or Order ID after checkout. Once the report is ready, download the PDF before the storage window ends or before you delete the files sooner.

What is the difference between free and premium?

The free result appears on the result page after your photo is processed. Premium unlocks the fuller personalized PDF, including style map, colors, face shape, grooming, outfits, capsule wardrobe, fragrance, and shopping list.

I did not receive the report email. What should I check?

Check the result page first. If the report is ready, you can still download it there even if the email has not arrived.

Check the delivery email shown on the result page. If it is wrong and the report has not been sent yet, update it from that page.

Also check Spam, Promotions, or Updates. If it is still missing, email hello@facecard.fyi with your Order ID so we can check.

What if my report or payment has an issue?

Email hello@facecard.fyi with your Order ID. If payment succeeded but the report is not ready yet, do not pay again first.
