Information we process

We process your selfie, quiz answers, name, email address, country or market selection, device and attribution data, and order and payment status. We do not store full card details.

A recovery token protects access to each private result. Do not share a result link containing that token.

How we use it

We use this information to create and deliver your report, operate checkout and support, prevent abuse, measure product performance, and meet legal and accounting obligations.

Facecard is a style and appearance guidance product. It does not perform identity recognition or make medical decisions.

Service providers and transfers

We use infrastructure, AI generation, object storage, payment, transactional email, analytics, security, and support providers. These providers process only the data needed for their role and may process it in other countries.

Retention and your choices

Your result page shows the scheduled deletion date for your selfie and generated report files. You can delete those files sooner from that page. Limited order, payment, fraud, consent, and audit records may be retained for legal, accounting, and support purposes.
