FACECARD POLICY
These terms apply when you use Facecard or purchase a Facecard report.

Facecard provides automated, subjective style guidance from the selfie and answers you submit. Results are informational and may contain errors. They are not professional medical, dermatological, financial, or identity advice.
You must have permission to upload the image and must not upload unlawful, abusive, or impersonating content.
The checkout button displays the total price and currency before you leave Facecard. This is a one-time purchase, not a subscription or trial. Report generation begins after payment confirmation and delivery can take several minutes.
You receive a personal, non-transferable right to use the delivered report. Facecard and its licensors retain rights in the service, templates, and software.
We may pause access to investigate a refund, dispute, reversal, security issue, or misuse. We will use reasonable care to operate the service, but uninterrupted or error-free availability is not guaranteed.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Facecard is not responsible for indirect losses or decisions made from subjective report guidance. Nothing here removes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
